Dear customers, at the moment we are not accepting refunds. Our clothes are limited, delicate and mostly white pieces. In order to ensure that you receive a product in perfect condition, we don't take back items that have been tried on. If the style doesn't fit, you are welcome to exchange the item and we'll refund the difference if needed. If you don’t find an item you wish to exchange it for, you will have store credit with us. If you are unsure of your purchase we recommend getting in touch over Instagram so we can suggest retailers near you with different return policies.
There are no exceptions to this policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery times and taxes
International taxes are not included in the final price. Customs charges are subject to each individual country and are beyond our control. Delivery times are an approximated date suggested by the courier company and are not 100% guaranteed. We don’t take responsibility for courier delays, and this issues should be addressed with them directly. Goods are the customer’s property once they leave our warehouse.
How to process a return
To return your product, you should e-mail email@example.com to request a return label. Original shipping costs and return labels are non-refundable.
